The ceremony, hosted by Trevor Noah, was held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. Before the event, top nominees included Beyoncé, Billie Eilish, Charli XCX, Post Malone, and Kendrick Lamar. Chappell Roan and Sabrina Carpenter were also recognized as first-time nominees this year.
Earlier on Sunday, a premiere ceremony at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, hosted by songwriter Justin Tranter, featured several awards presentations. Beyoncé won Best Country Duo/Group Performance for “II Most Wanted” featuring Miley Cyrus, Charli XCX received Best Pop Dance Recording for “Von Dutch,” and Sabrina Carpenter earned Best Pop Solo Performance for “Espresso.”
As the ceremony approached, Beyoncé led with 11 nominations, including one for the prestigious Album of the Year. She claimed her first Grammy of the night for Best Country Duo/Group Performance for “II Most Wanted” with Miley Cyrus, and later won Best Country Album for Cowboy Carter.
