The Bold and the Beautiful opens in the CEO office, where Eric is extremely upset. He feels betrayed and tells Carter that he thought of him as family. However, Carter reminds Eric that he is not a Forrester. Steffy and Ridge ask if there’s anything that can be done, but Justin states the papers have been signed, and Carter now manages the LLC.
At the cabin, Hope tells Brooke that Carter is officially running Forrester. Meanwhile, Will brings some design to Zende, and they discuss archiving some of the Hope for the Future line. Zende mentions that something major is happening in the CEO office, and Electra joins the conversation. Electra says she was planning to get approval for some jewelry but is advised not to go near the CEO office because the situation is tense, and whatever is happening doesn’t seem good.
Luna is excited to see Bill, though he admits it was against his better judgment to read the letters or visit her. Luna shares how much it means to her and opens up about her troubled past. She talks about the men she killed, insisting she isn’t a monster, and explains feeling like she was outside her body when committing those acts. She recalls her difficult childhood, her mother’s harmful behavior, and how those experiences shaped her actions, saying she doesn’t feel like the crimes were truly her.
Back in the office, Carter asserts that he only wants what’s best for Forrester. Eric bitterly responds, saying he should have seen Carter for what he was after the Quinn debacle instead of forgiving him. Eric, Ridge, and Steffy are in disbelief over Carter’s betrayal and refuse to believe nothing can be done.
In another conversation, Zende continues to tell Electra and Will that something significant is happening in the office. He even mentions Justin going in, which makes him think the situation isn’t good.
Hope justifies her decision to Brooke, explaining that Carter is fighting for the Logans and everyone else. Brooke, however, disagrees, saying this isn’t about fairness or justice—it’s about Ridge’s legacy. She also questions whether Steffy would have fired Thomas or RJ, pointing out that they are Ridge’s children. Hope insists Carter is doing what he believes is right and asks Brooke to respect his efforts.
In the CEO office, Justin reiterates that Carter has the law on his side and now runs the company. Carter insists it will always be Eric’s company and claims he’s not forcing anyone out. However, Carter sparks offense when he comments that Brooke doesn’t have a real role at Forrester. Steffy pushes Carter to admit this isn’t about Brooke but about Hope.
Luna continues to appeal to Bill, saying they are alike in many ways and describing how protected she feels around him. She doesn’t want him to think she’s a monster and believes they both share a difficult upbringing, feeling like they were “raised by wolves.”
Back in the office, Ridge accuses Carter of tricking them into signing the papers, while Steffy pleads with Carter to stop and reconsider. They both believe Carter is risking everything for Hope and that his actions have changed him since being involved with her. Ridge insists that an honest man wouldn’t act this way and gives Carter one last chance to set things right.
