In today's episode of Days of Our Lives, tensions ran high as Jada walked into Rafe’s office to find him lounging with his feet on the desk, smoking a cigar. Furious that Rafe had taken the job she believed was hers, and even more so that she learned about it from Shawn, Jada confronted him. Rafe dismissed her anger, suggesting that if EJ framed her, he did so flawlessly, and that they should both move on. Unwilling to let go, Jada declared that she wouldn't stand by after EJ destroyed her career and reputation.

Rafe offered to convince the mayor to rehire her as a detective once the scandal blew over, even hinting at rekindling their personal relationship. Jada responded with a resounding slap and accused him of being threatened by a strong Black woman in power. She ended their engagement, throwing her ring at him before storming out.

Shawn found an upset Jada and took her to the pub, where she vented about Rafe. Shawn, grappling with his own heartbreak over Belle sleeping with EJ, found common ground with Jada. She warned him not to trust Belle, recalling seeing her at EJ's place.

Elsewhere, Kristen reminisced about discovering her mother was alive, but Sarah interrupted, checking in after Rachel's disappearance. Their conversation quickly turned into a heated argument over Xander's past misdeeds, with Kristen accusing Sarah of hypocrisy.

At the same time, EJ was shocked to find Ava tied up, only to be introduced to Rachel Blake, Kristen's mother, whom everyone thought was dead. Rachel threatened EJ into silence, promising not to harm Ava if he complied.

Meanwhile, Belle, preoccupied with work, was confronted by Brady about her affair with EJ. Defending her choices, Belle admitted to an undeniable attraction to EJ despite his past.

Back at home, Xander and Phillip bonded over family and business, with Xander inviting Phillip to move in. As tensions simmered across Salem, EJ confided in Kristen about her mother, while Rachel Blake ensured Ava knew she was far from rescue.
