Francisco San Martin, best known for his roles on Days of Our Lives and The Bold and the Beautiful, tragically passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at the age of 39.
Camila Banus, who played his on-screen sister Gabi Hernandez on Days of Our Lives, shared a heartfelt tribute to him on Instagram Stories. She wrote, “Pepe, what can I say but I love you and rest in peace, my friend. You’re the only one who witnessed Pau singing me ‘Happy Birthday’ at a concert in Hollywood—I still can’t believe it.” She continued, “Love you so much, I wish I had told you that more.”
Born on August 27, 1985, San Martin's acting career began in 2011 when he first portrayed Dario Hernandez on Days of Our Lives. He went on to appear in various short films and later took on the role of Mateo in The Bold and the Beautiful in 2017. Additionally, he played Fabian on Jane the Virgin.
