This episode hopefully answers some questions as it begins. More excitement today begins with Ava having financial issues. Even her bill payment for Rick’s services bounce! Even Rick is suffering as his credit cards bounce, too! He’s down to his library card. Dante and some police officers stealthily enter Windemere and find Lulu there illegally. At the Q’s Christmas Party, a replay of Tracy’s remote fiasco revealing Willow and Drew’s liaison. Definitely worth it! Everyone’s stunned, and Drew shouts “turn it off”. Ned bursts out with false indignation directed at Drew. Tracy adds her snarky words and false anger. Trina and Gio react, and Joss is speechless. Gio’s gonna tattle to Uncle Sonny! Carly is in disbelief, and Sasha stands in the background openmouthed, wordless and sad. Now THIS is a Quartermaine Party! Is Dex DEAD??! How’d that happen? Cassadine name dropping clues, and Windermere revisited.
Back at the restaurant, Rick and Ava are at a loss, literally. The snooty manager awaits payment and wants to call the police. Rick asks if there’s another acceptable payment method available. Ava fails at charming the manager. In walks Lucas, who Ava called for help. The manager tells him of their predicament and asks him for payment. Lucas pays and asks Ava what’s happening. At Windemere, Dante tells the officers he’ll take care of things. He asks them to contact the alarm company and tell them it was a false alarm. Dante asks her why she’s there, and she says she’s looking for any trace of Valentin and Charlotte. Back at the Q’s, Trina leads Joss and Gio into the hallway. Joss doesn’t want to leave her brother, Michael, but Trina’s the voice of reason and wisdom. Says all interested parties need to work this out themselves. Gio agrees with Trina. In the Q living room, Carly gives her son, speechless and mortified Michael, a hug. Ned and Tracy continue berating Drew with their false anger. A cornered Drew responds with Ned’s past misdeeds to distract. Brook Lynn snaps back at Drew when tells of Ned and Lois’ past issues. Chase tries desperately to calm everyone. Ned and Tracy keep hurling insults to enrage Drew. Willow comes over to Michael and asks why he’s not shocked like everyone else. She asks if he took the video. Michael says he did.
Willow tries to make it Michael’s fault, and Carly defends him. Willow is regretful, and Michael suffers more. At the restaurant, Ava tells Lucas about her financial problem. The judgmental manager returns happily, and thanks him for paying the bill. Ava asks Lucas to stay and finish the meal with them. He asks for a menu and champagne. Chagrined Rick and Ava exchange looks. Dante tells Lulu others have lived in Windemere since Valentin and Charlotte lived there. He also warns her about telling him, a cop, of her proposed criminal activity. She had already checked their poorly maintained ‘secret’ tunnels and found nothing. She and Dante discuss what people do for love. Lulu apologizes to Dante about Sam. Dante is apologetic about not preparing things for Lulu when she came out of her coma.
They discuss all their feelings, thoughts and how much Dante loves/loved Sam, and his grief.Out in the Q hallway, Joss says Michael’s just gonna forgive Willow, and she doesn’t want him hurt. She can’t look at Drew and leaves to see Dex. Gio says he’s had enough of the Q Party and wants to leave. Trina asks for his all-access pass to the game.Brook Lynn, Chase and Sasha escape to the Q kitchen. Brook Lynn comments on how Drew is living up to the Quartermaine name, fidelity is not a priority. She says it’s not the same for her. Chase says he has faith in her. He regrets helping Sasha get Willow and Michael together. In the living room, Carly snaps at Willow. Willow shares Michael’s desire to have one more family Happy Christmas. Carly yells at Will, and then goes for Drew. She understands why Jason fought with him. Tracy and Ned continue tearing Drew down. Back in the Q Living Room, Tracy and Ned continue to harass Drew. Drew asks them not to hurt Willow. In the kitchen, Sasha says Michael and Willow has something together.
They try to figure out why Drew and Willow cheating happened. Lulu and Dante continue to discuss past happenings. Dante thinks Valentin taking Charlotte is his fault, and Lulu disagrees. He says he’ll help her search all of Windemere. (Maybe they’ll find Spencer?)After the PCU Game, Kai gives an interview on the PCU win. He explains their strategy. Trina shows up and congratulates him on the game. She tells him how amazing he is at what he does. Something’s happening here. At GH, Joss hears the alarms at the nurses’ station. Voices are calling “….vitals, and he’s still not breathing….” She goes to Dex’s room and sees them trying to revive Dex. Anna comes up behind Joss and asks her to come with her. Back at the Game, Kai thanks her for the complement. Trina apologizes for being hard on him. He is grateful to her pushing him. She asks him to teach her about football. At GH, Anna and Joss talk about what’s happening to Dex. Joss is not believing what’s happening. She thinks he’s gonna be fine. At the restaurant, Ava says she’ll pay Lucas back. Rick says his account was locked cuz of Ava’s check bouncing.
In Windemere, Dante and Lulu find a box with the Cassadine crest that may lead them to Charlotte. Lulu jimmies the lock and opens it. They found Charlotte’s dress, and the toy horse Lulu gave her. Nina and Willow return to Willow and Michael’s house. Nina asks Willow to pack some things, and she will take her to stay at her place. Willow doesn’t want to leave with her kids without telling Michael. Nina warns her about Michael and a possible ugly custody war.
In the Q living room, Michael tells Drew he’s too late to prevent Willow being dragged into a scandal. Of course Tracy and Ne continue badgering Drew to get him to leave. Drew makes excuses about Willow and says that the video should be destroyed. He doesn’t want Willow, and the kids dragged into a scandal. Olivia agrees and tells Tracy the children don’t deserve this. She leaves with Ned trailing behind. Tracy leaves, too, leaving Drew and Michael to face off. Drew what happens is all up to Michael.
At PCU, Trina and Kai continue discussing football. He said there’s one more game left, a bowl game. She says she’s gonna watch. She also suggests they do their art history project together. He smiles. Chase tells of how he felt when Willow left him, in the Q kitchen. Sasha commiserates. Chase actually points out he thought he wouldn’t fall in love again but tells Brook Lynn how wrong he was. He realized he found the perfect person for him, and she always will be. At the restaurant, Ava gets an alert. An email says her entire Nikolas divorce settlement was taken back by the Cassadines. Wait WHAT??!! Is Nikolas finally free???Joss is impatient and walks towards Dex’s room as Isaiah comes out. Dex didn’t make it. In his room, Liz is clearing away equipment and realizes this the second a person died like that. She KNOWS something is VERY wrong.
At Windemere, Dante tries to talk Lulu out of taking the box. Lulu says she will. He half-heartedly tells her he’ll help her and cover up her crimes. In the Quartermaines’ hallway, Olivia, Ned and Tracy discuss Drew’s despicable behavior. She says they need to support Michael. Ned and Tracy agree to be nice to Willow. Michael tells Drew he will not release the video to protect his family. Carly comes to Willow and Michael’s house as Nina is taking the kids to the car.
