This episode gets a quick start when Sonny enters his office and sees his son Dante there. He’s tired, grief-stricken and frustrated. While searching for the notary’s office, Isaiah walks by Jordan’s office and stops to say Hi. Kristina stops by Deception to thank Natalia for committing perjury for her. TJ asks Curtis to come over to his apartment and shows him that Molly moved out. Meanwhile, Alexis helps Molly move in with her. Molly’s trying not to fall apart. Carly arrives and is the main part of the plan. Anna asks for her help to find Charlotte even if it means planting a bug on Jack Brennan. Carly’s shocked. New story developing!
Smiling at Isaiah’s surprise visit, Jordan gives him directions to the notary office. He tells her he’s accepted the GH job offer and will stay in Port Charles. She stops him.
At Sonny’s office, Dante tells his Dad that Lulu left the hospital when she saw Cyrus. Sonny attributed that to her good Spencer instincts. Dante’s happy Rocko got his Mom back, but he, Scout and Danny are still grieving the loss of Sam. He asks Sonny for advice on blending his family despite the grief and joy he and the kids are experiencing.In Jack’s office, he introduces Collette to Jason. He asks her to leave while he talks to Jason. Jack tells Jason they could use his skills and asks if he’s ready to join the WSB. Ignoring the question, Jason demands information on Valentin’s whereabouts. At Anna’s apartment, Carly balks at Anna’s request. Anna says Valentin had connections with Brennan to disappear. She asked Brennan and he denies it. Spinelli confirms this because even he can’t find any trace of Valentin. Anna emphasizes favors and information are Jack’s currency. Spinelli convinces Carly to bug Brennan’s office.
At TJ’s apartment, TJ is visibly hurt over Molly’s quick exit. They spoke before she left. He tells Curtis she packed up and left, like their relationship didn’t matter. He knows she’s grieving Baby Irene’s death. Meantime, Alexis assures Molly she is not at fault. Molly doesn’t believe that.Back at Jack’s, Jason suggests a deal with Jack to bring Charlotte home to Lulu, her mother. He won’t do anything to Valentin. Collete returns reminding Jack of a meeting, and Jason leaves. Jack plots something that involves using Jason.At Jordan’s office, Jordan lets Isaiah know GH will get more federal funds when a development project is approved. She assures him they will pay more for his surgical skills and services. Isaiah asks why she’s helping him. She says maybe she wants him to stay.
Sonny asks Dante how things are with him and his family. Dante’s emotions are spiraling with the sudden changes Lulu’s brought. Sonny tries to ease his worries with his fatherly advice. Carly walks into Jack’s office and finds Collette at his desk. Collette asks if she’s there to cause trouble, just as Jack returns. Collette leaves. Carly asks for his help in finding Charlotte, and he tells her that Jason already asked. He tells her he knows nothing. Jason goes to Anna’s apartment and tells her he spoke to Brennan, and his deal. Spinelli announces the bug is a go. Anna lets Jason know about the plan to get to plant a bug at Brennan’s office. Jason disapproves, but Spinelli refocuses them. At TJ’s, Curtis tells his nephew not to judge how Molly deals with her painful grief.
He explains that indifference and anger shouldn’t close the door on Molly. In the meantime, Alexis gets Molly to release her emotions. At Deception, Kristina and Natalia talk about the court case and the car accident. Natalia now says everything happened because of the recording she made of Ally/Blaze and publicized. In Jack’s office, Carly plants the bug, and distracts Jack with her problems and a little flirtation, then leaves.
She says he is a good man, but he doubts it. Back at Anna’s, Jason comes up with ‘what ifs’ should his office get scanned. Carly returns to Anna’s, and says she was successful. Jason warns everyone about Brennan. While in Jordan’s office, Jordan gives Isaiah background on Lulu, Dante and their family and he surmises her helping him with his contract is a way of thanking him for saving Lulu. Flirting is a cute undertone while they chat. Back to Alexis and Molly as Alexis tries to convince Molly that no one could have stopped Kristina, and she had no control over Ava. Alexis uses her past actions as an example. Simultaneously, Curtis helps TJ see things without anger. He helps him redecorate. They find one of Molly’s old journals. At Sonny’s, Dante’s feeling conflicted at feeling joy and grief. Sonny reminds him of their family dinners, and suggests Dante start a tradition with their family and Lulu.
Isaiah says he feels it’s wrong negotiating for as much money as possible for his passion, medicine. Jordan tells him he should still be compensated. They have an easy rapport. Isaiah asks her out. With Molly and Alexis, Alexis helps her daughter deal with her grief and her relationship with TJ. A knock at the door, and TJ is there with her journal. They confirm their reaffirm their love for each other, and he leaves. Molly dissolves into tears again. Alexis comforts her. Kristina and Natalia reminisce about Ally/Blaze. Kristina gets a call. Jury’s Back! Collette warns Jack about Carly, and against using his power for personal use. She leaves, as he makes a call notifying an unknown person that Lulu’s awake, and that they want Charlotte. Spinelli, Anna, Carly and Jason hear the exchange. Jack asks what the person wants to do.
