Sonny stands outside Ava’s apartment, asking to speak with her. Ric and Ava hurriedly stop canoodling, as Sonny shouts to be let in. Sasha sits in GH holding Mavis in her lap, repeating she’s so sorry to her. Mavis barks. At Deception, Maxie is on her cell arranging someone’s date/meetup. Brook Lynn rushes into her office upset because Lulu isn’t ready for their meeting. She’s late. Lulu walks into Charlie’s Pub and speaks with Kristina. She’s there to thank her for Sam’s sacrifice. Cody and Molly are still freezing on the GH rooftop. Molly tells Cody the documents are Sam’s autopsy report. Jason is brought back to the PCPD interrogation room to meet with Alexis. He asks why she’s there, and where’s Diane. Ava finally opens her apartment door to let Sonny in. Ric is there and informs him they can talk in the courtroom. Sonny came to make Ava an offer for Avery’s custody.
Elaine and Isaiah come out of the GH exam room, with Elaine in a neck brace. Sasha is struck by her appearance and asks if she’s okay. Elaine’s in pain after being hit by a car. Elaine leaves Mavis with Sasha while she picks up her prescription. Isaiah looks cute holding Mavis. Mavis gives Elaine a kiss before she leaves.vMaxie makes excuses for Lulu’s lateness, and tells Brook Lynn to talk to Lulu. Natalia comes in the office updating them on the LA trip. West Coasters are requesting their face cream that contains a rare mineral ingredient. Lucy comes in and states she can solve the cream’s mass production problem.
Sidwell is being seen by Lucas at GH. Lucas checked Sidwell’s arm to ensure Sidwell completely removed it from his arm. He prescribed an antibiotic, too. Sidwell tells him he lives at Wyndemere, surprising Lucas. Sidwell asks Lucas about his history at Wyndemere. Sidwell tells him he’s working with Ava to help him make the place more welcoming. He thanks Lucas for his help. Ric advises Ava not to listen to Sonny, but she disagrees. Sonny wants to end the custody battle, and agrees to the shared custody original agreement. Ric is suspicious and tells Ava to fight for full custody. Ava doubts she can trust Sonny. He asks her to reconsider, and act in Avery’s best interest. She asks for 50/50 custody, and Sonny agrees. He’ll get Diane to draw up the paperwork and leaves.
Lulu’s there to tell Kristina how grateful she is for what Sam did. She can’t begin to imagine how they feel, but wants to thank the family. She prays for Sam and Charlotte daily. Kristina tells her Sam didn’t die because of the transplant. Kristina starts to tell Lulu about Dante and Sam’s epic love. Lulu realizes she’s late for work, thanks Kristina and rushes out. Alexis talks to Jason to confirm Cyrus is Sam’s killer. He tells her Anna is the reason he’s sure. Alexis wants Cyrus dead, and she wants to kill him. She wants retribution, but tells Jason the police have to handle Cyrus.
Cody asks Molly what she expects to do with the documents, and offers her some advice. He tries to cheer her up. They start arguing again when Molly realizes her moral code is skewed. Frustrated, Cody drops his pants off the roof and gets Isaiah and Lucas’ attention below. Lucas and Isaiah free them from the rooftop. Sidwell stops by Deception and interrupts their meeting. Lucy introduces him to everyone, as Natalia turns away and sneaks out. Lulu confronts him about Lucky and how he held him hostage. Lucy doesn’t believe her. Maxie wants all information on Sidwell before they allow him access to Deception.
Sasha offers to care for Mavis while Elaine recouperates. Elaine agrees. She tells Sasha she was investigating her. She warns Sasha to watch out. Mavis barks her approval. Sonny stops by Charlie’s Pub to see Kristina. He tells her she won’t have to testify, and that he and Ava settled their custody battle for Avery. Sonny tells her about the new custody terms, and Kristina freaks out. She still thinks Ava caused her to lose her baby.
Lucas and Isaiah are outside GH on a coffee break gossiping about their patients. Lucas tells him about Sidwell, and Isaiah is immediately focused. He tells him about his experience with Sidwell, and lets Lucas know Sidwell’s not a good person.
Natalia asks a stranger for a cigarette in the Deception parking lot. Sidwell walks up to her. They have a past, and were married. Ava tells Ric her perspective has changed since he came into her life. She asks him to stay. They Kiss and make out.
