The episode begins in a shower. Chase calls out to his wife, Brook Lynn, to join him in their shower at the Quartermaines. Brook Lynn tells him to hurry up for work. Next, Curtis and N’neka discuss the live music guest’s identity only Curtis knows. He won’t even tell Portia who weedles him for a hint. He compliments Portia on how great she looks. In walks their daughter, Trina, someone Portia says is more beautiful than her. Spinelli is dressed up wearing a snazzy bow tie, and gets a call from Maxie on his cell.
He assures her he will help Lucas. Lucas appears and tells him they have a perfect guy for his date. He walks in after Brad. Carly calls the girls, Avery and Donna, to help her clean up after their cookie making fun in the kitchen. Someone knocks on the door. It’s Jack Brennan bringing Carly a Beautiful Valentine Bouquet. Lulu is at the Quartermaine’s delivering a Delectable Fav Valentine gift for Rocco, Eckert’s Cupcakes.
Dante tells her Rocco won’t be there until the morning. Lucky (temporarily played by Guy Wilson) meets Liz at her house. He asked how everything went with Anna and their evidence. Liz says Anna will arrest Cyrus. They decide to celebrate. Lucky sees a Valentine cake on the table, and out comes Aiden and a stranger to wish them a Surprise Happy Valentine’s Day. Felicia and Mac are at Mac’s office. Felicia cares for Mac who’s got a migraine headache. He refuses to go to the hospital. Mac’s still painfully reliving that Sasha kissing Jason moment. It reminded him of Robin dating Jason. At the PCPD station, Anna tells Jason she legally has to release him.
She tries to convince him not to kill Cyrus. At the Savoy, Curtis gently holds Portia back, to keep her from interrupting Trina on her date with Kai. Portia’s so excited to see their daughter going out again, since Spencer. Kai tells Trina how great the club is. He’s happy they are there, and brags a little. Trina teases him. Spinelli introduces Lucas to his date, Gunter Erickson, a runway model. Lucas is a little awkward. They go find a table, as Spinelli gets them drinks. Brad looks on, sadly. Brennan gives Carly the flowers, which she takes to put in water. He saves her from being sprayed by her broken kitchen water faucet.
Dante tells Lulu that Rocco’s at a school Valentine’s Day event, an Ice Skating Party. He’s returning in the morning. Lulu rethinks her gift and is about to take it back, but Dante stops her. He tells her Rocco didn’t want the cupcakes anymore because they reminded him of her not being there. Aiden gives his Mom a big hug, and introduces them to his friend, Tobias. Aiden made his Mom a Valentine Day Cake, a family tradition. Aiden talks to Liz about his and Tobias’ leaving to attend a party. She assures him it’s okay.
Mac is still shocked at Sasha’s kissing Jason before leaving PCPD. He didn’t believe the rumors, but now it’s difficult not to. Mac’s migraine pain continues. He thinks Sasha went to Jason because she’s heartbroken over Cody. Felicia tells him Sasha might really want Jason, “the heart wants what the heart wants”. Felicia and Mac assure each other they’ll be there to help Sasha when she needs them, like Scorpios do.
Anna issued a Bolo, Be On the Look Out, Emergency arrest for Cyrus. Anna tells Jason she has evidence to arrest Cyrus for multiple murders that include Sam’s. She asks him to stand down, and let the police do their job. She reminds him of their friendship. Jason killing Cyrus would damage her reputation and trust the police and the city have for her. She begs him to let her get justice for Sam. Brennan gets soaked shutting off the errant faucet. They always have incidents when they are together. Brennan’s talents include fixing plumbing. He fixed the faucet, thanks to his Dad. Brennan and Carly bond a little more.
Spinelli updates Maxie on Lucas’ date. At another table, Trina confesses to Kai that she’s been to the Savoy before, and knows the owner. She gleefully waves at him and her Mom at the bar. Liz thanks Aiden for his protectiveness of her, and tells him to go enjoy the Skate Party with Tobias. She loves spending time with his Dad, and enjoying his cake. Aiden and Tobias leave for the Skate Party. Liz tells Lucky what she Aiden spoke about. Liz tells Lucky that Aiden is making sure Lucky’s not going to harm his Mom. Lucky and Liz kiss.
Lulu is upset, and tells Dante she’s trying not to focus on the time she’s lost. She confesses she doesn’t know the man their son has become. Dante answers her questions to help her know their son again. He answers them all, and is so proud of their son. He assures her she’ll get to know him, too. She realizes she’s neglected Rocco when she went looking for Charlotte. Dante tells Lulu she’s a great Mom, and she’s there now for Rocco. He sees their son’s happy again. Dante grabs a cupcake and teases Lulu with it.
Kai tells Curtis how wonderful the club is. Trina tells Portia they are having a good time. Curtis teases the new musical act and tells them to stay. He leaves to check on the act, and Portia goes to get drinks. Portia talks to Brad at the bar, and tells him not to drink too much. Lucas tells his date he’s new at dating again. They part ways. Spinelli goes to talk to Lucas but is stopped by Chase and Brook Lynn. Lucas goes to talk to Brad at the bar.
Portia asked Curtis if he misses the Savoy. He is happy to be working at Aurora because it brings out the best in him. Curtis welcomes everyone and introduces the musical act, Harrison Chase! Anna gets a call delaying the warrant until the next morning. She releases Jason, but he doesn’t agree not to kill Cyrus. Chaser sings a Love Song to Brook Lynn. It’s the song she wrote. Liz sends Lucky home after their loving kiss. She later sees he left his cake, and hears a knock at the door. Thinking it’s Lucky, she happily opens the door and It’s Cyrus!
