Chase stands in disbelief as he processes what Brook Lynn has just revealed. He asks her to clarify what she means about being pregnant and having a baby before, thinking she’s referring to Bailey Lou and her fake pregnancy. Brook Lynn tells him about her teenage pregnancy in high school and how she gave the baby up for adoption. She never told the father or her own father, and the only person who knows, besides Chase, is her mother, Lois. Chase is shocked by the revelation but listens intently. Brook Lynn explains how terrified she was when she found out she was pregnant, not knowing what to do. She apologizes for not telling him sooner, and he consoles her, acknowledging how difficult it must have been. She recalls how her mother helped her back then. When Chase asks about her decision not to keep the baby, she explains that keeping it a secret from her family was the hardest part. She reveals that it was a closed adoption, and she never even saw her baby or knew the gender. Chase, rather than being angry, expresses sympathy and understanding. They agree to move forward with honesty between them.

Meanwhile, in the Quartermaine kitchen, Tracy discusses the hospital board dinner menu with Sasha. During their conversation, Sasha mentions a private investigator, Elaine, and her dog Mavis, who have been digging into Michael's past. Tracy asks Sasha if she and Jason will get married, but Sasha bluntly responds that what Tracy really wants to know is whether her child will become an official Quartermaine. Sasha admits that Jason is the father of her baby but reiterates that she doesn’t want anything from the Quartermaines.

At General Hospital, Isaiah updates Lucky’s family on his condition. He explains that they’ve stabilized him, but he’s still in guarded condition. They administered medication to counteract digitalis, but due to the unknown dosage, they can’t be sure if it will be effective. Aiden expresses his fear that his father might not make it. Portia continues to monitor Lucky and reassures the family. Dante and Anna, elsewhere in the hospital, review a property map of the southeastern area outside Port Charles. Anna shares what Liz told her: Cyrus admitted to killing Sam and Dex.

Back at the cabin, Joss stands over Cyrus’s lifeless body as Jack Brennan enters. He takes the gun from her and checks Cyrus. Joss explains that she shot him in self-defense because he tried to attack her. Brennan, who had been watching from outside, tells her they could either call the police or handle it themselves. Joss, confused, initially thinks they need to call the authorities, but Brennan presses her about where she got the gun. She admits it was Dex’s, and she begins to break down. Brennan tells her he wasn’t technically a witness, so he can’t say he saw anything, but he offers to handle things with WSB resources. He makes her promise not to tell anyone, not even her mom. Joss agrees, and they quickly leave, with Brennan instructing her not to tell anyone she was in the cabin.

Drew’s anger toward his twin, Jason, runs deep. He resents Jason for growing up with the Quartermaines in luxury while he did not. Drew expresses that he’s fine with Scout growing up without her brothers, Danny and Rocco, and he doesn’t want peace with Jason. He makes it clear that he doesn’t want them associated with the Quartermaines and kicks Jason out of his life.

Isaiah, Portia, and Lucky’s family continue to worry as Lucky’s condition worsens. Aiden and Liz are by his side when his monitor begins to beep. Isaiah and Portia rush to stabilize him. Lulu tells Laura that if it weren’t for Cyrus trying to kill her, she might not have survived, but Laura insists Cyrus shouldn’t have been released from prison. Liz and Aiden return with news that Lucky’s condition is critical. Later, Portia informs the family that Lucky has been stabilized, and they gather around him to offer their love and support. Jordan commends Isaiah for saving Lucky’s life.

Anna and Dante, meanwhile, rush to the cabin, where they find it suspiciously clean. Anna orders a forensic sweep, but nothing seems out of place. They’re left with more questions than answers.

Back at WSB, Jack Brennan tells Joss to shower, change, and dispose of anything she took to the cabin. Joss, still in shock, assures him that she can handle it. Brennan takes the gun with him. Colette enters and Brennan tells her that Joss killed Cyrus. Joss, meanwhile, is in the bathroom, remembering what happened, and throws up. Colette fills Brennan in on what Cyrus did before returning to the cabin, and they discuss the APB on him. Colette believes Anna will find the cabin soon. Brennan tells her to assemble a team to clean up the scene.

Jason, aware of Drew’s anger, tells Tracy that Drew is coming for him. Tracy, while relieved that Jason is there to help the Quartermaines, is worried about the fallout.
