Chase tells Brook Lynn that he has a way for them to have a baby of their own. He proposes asking his brother Finn to be the sperm donor, so the child would be biologically linked to both of them. Brook Lynn is initially unsure, questioning if Finn would even agree. She makes it clear that while she wants to have Chase’s baby, not Finn’s, the idea is ultimately dismissed after a discussion. Brook Lynn later confides in Lois about Chase’s suggestion.

Meanwhile, Kai is left stunned as he observes Trina’s immersive art canvas. Her art is shining, and they share a meaningful moment, interrupted by someone searching for a yellow paint bottle. Trina continues working while Kai explains his own artistic expression. Some elements of his canvas are hard to decipher, which makes Trina laugh. Kai, looking at her fondly, admits he’s no longer lost and she keeps him sane. They have a tender conversation about his football future and Trina’s role in his recovery. Kai assures her that nothing she did caused his injury and they share a sweet, intimate moment before Trina falls from the ladder and he catches her, resulting in a kiss.

Over at the PCPD, Drew is questioned by ADA Turner regarding his alibi for the night Cyrus was killed. Drew denies meeting with Jason during that time, turning on his twin and accusing him of lying.

Tracy, at the Quartermaine house, announces a cease and desist order has been signed to prevent Drew from using the Quartermaine name. Lois questions why Tracy wants to restrict Drew from using the name, but Tracy stands firm in her decision, despite the family’s differing opinions.

Elsewhere, Curtis visits GH to meet his Aunt Stella. She’s contacted a congressman friend, and they may have a way to stop Drew’s power play. Curtis is also preparing a presentation to show Congressman Henderson how dangerous Drew’s ambitions could be. Stella gives him some insight and approves his approach.

At WSB, Brennan continues to push Joss to consider becoming an agent. Despite Joss’s reservations about the dangerous nature of the job, Brennan convinces her that she has the right instincts and attributes for it. He assures her that working with the WSB would mean leading a double life, working in secret to make the world a better place. He tells her killing Cyrus was for the greater good, further solidifying her decision to join. Brennan’s convincing words make Joss agree to become a WSB agent, and she’s sent on her first mission that very night.

Meanwhile, Carly confronts Willow, questioning why she doesn’t see Drew for the liar he is, especially since Jason chose him as his alibi. Carly urges Willow to wake up, warning her that she’s having an affair with a man who doesn’t exist. Drew and Willow leave the scene, and Anna, who is handling the case against Jason, later tells Carly that Turner had her removed from the investigation due to bias.

Diane meets with ADA Turner and warns her that they’re harassing Jason. She emphasizes that anything Jason said before his lawyer arrived will be inadmissible. Turner leaves hastily, and Carly then asks Anna to use her influence to get Jason released. Anna admits she can’t stop what’s happening to Jason, but vows to find out who framed him.

Lois and Tracy continue to clash over Drew’s use of the Quartermaine name, with Tracy standing her ground. Gio voices his opinion that Scout should have her father’s last name, but Tracy dismisses his input, saying he’s not a Quartermaine.

At the same time, Drew and Willow arrive at Drew’s house, and Drew apologizes for what happened. They both decide to go public with their relationship.

Back at the PCPD, ADA Turner asks why Jason would lie about his alibi. Carly insists that Jason did not lie. Anna tells Jason that she cannot prevent what’s happening, but Jason insists that Cyrus’s death was the work of a professional. Anna vows to find out who is framing Jason.

As the night continues, Joss finds herself struggling with the weight of her decision but ultimately agrees to join the WSB. She and Brennan discuss her first mission, and she heads out, leaving her life as a college student behind.
