General Hospital Daily Recap 2/27/25

Liz and Felicia are in the GH breakroom, where Liz expresses her concerns about Lucky. Her worries deepen as she reflects on how far Lucky’s recovery could go, wondering if he’ll leave again once he’s well. Felicia offers wisdom, sharing her own experience with love and telling Liz that the best kind of love is one where both partners rescue each other. She reassures Liz that Lucky will stick around, but Liz remains uncertain.


Meanwhile, Lulu is by Lucky's hospital bedside when he wakes up, and he’s visibly relieved to see his little sister. Lucky’s memory is fuzzy, but he distinctly remembers protecting Liz. He asks Lulu to get Liz and Aiden, and their conversation takes an emotional turn when Lulu admits she can't bear to lose him. It’s clear how much she loves him. She tells him about Cyrus' disappearance and prepares to let Liz know that Lucky is awake.





Over at the gym, Dante meets with Chase, who is struggling with his emotions. Chase reveals he wants to pursue the idea of asking his brother to be a sperm donor for him and Brook Lynn. Dante advises him to take a step back, saying that the situation could get complicated. Meanwhile, in their own space, Brook Lynn is caught off guard when Lois expresses her opinion about Chase’s suggestion. Chase’s idea weighs heavily on Brook Lynn, but after a heartfelt conversation with Lois, she begins to come to terms with her own worries and the emotional ramifications of their decision.


Sonny arrives at Laura's office, where she, Curtis, and Jordan are discussing the troubling situation with Jens Sidwell, who is making a play for Sonny’s waterfront property. At Charlie’s Pub, Sidwell meets with Lucy and flirts with her while subtly revealing his intentions to appropriate Sonny’s property for his own gain. Trina and Stella share a dinner at Charlie’s, and Stella notices paint on Trina’s cheek. Trina tells her about her time with Kai, including their date at the museum, and Stella expresses pride in how Trina has turned her life around.


Carly, still shaken by recent events involving Jason's arrest, sees Sidwell across the room and is reminded of the trauma he caused her and Sasha. Meanwhile, Sidwell continues to try charming Lucy, revealing his plan to buy the waterfront property. After some tension, Lucy ultimately refuses to help him with the offer.


Later, at the Quartermaines, Tracy becomes fed up with Drew's apparent attempt to claim the Quartermaine name and legacy. Martin reveals that the Quartermaine property line has been encroached upon, and this includes land with significant value, like the family crypt. Lulu pays a visit to tell everyone that Lucky is awake and is eager to be involved in the ongoing family matters.





In an emotional moment, Liz tells Felicia about saving Lucky’s life and the deepening feelings she has for him. Felicia offers a thoughtful perspective on love and relationships, encouraging Liz to hold on to hope for the future. Meanwhile, Lucky, still recovering, speaks with Lulu about his memory of protecting Liz. Lulu leaves to bring Liz, and when Liz rushes to his side, Lucky reassures her he’ll keep rescuing her. The pair share a touching moment, with Liz promising to bring Aiden in the morning.


As Laura and Sonny visit Lucky, Laura is overwhelmed with relief that her son is okay. Lucky tells her that he felt his father’s presence when he thought he was dying, reassuring her that it wasn’t his time to go. This emotional moment signifies a deep connection between them and the family's shared history.


In a lighter subplot, Trina shares Joss’ text about a spontaneous trip to Easter Island, and Brennan, overhearing, seems to find some solace in the situation. Dante, returning home to the Quartermaines, has a conversation with Lulu, who expresses her suspicions about Martin's involvement with Valentin and his knowledge of the situation. The mystery around Martin continues to build, leaving viewers intrigued about his true role.
