Curtis surprises Portia when he stops by to see her at GH. He stopped by to see Kai Taylor for Trina. Brad interrupts Portia and Curtis to ask to leave early for a workout appointment. Portia first admonishes him, but suddenly allows it. Curtis notices something’s wrong. Lucas asks Carly to stay away from Brennan, but knows she won’t. He drops off his patient’s chart at the nurses station, and runs into Brad showcasing his physique to Stella. Lucas admires his training program results. At Bobbie’s, Joss asks Brennan about his Germany trip. He asks her how her Cyrus investigation went, and encourages her not to give up. She’s determined to prove he killed Dex. On the phone, Martin tells Willow he’s for anything that helps her well-being, to include moving off the Quartermaine estate.
He’s interrupted by a knock at the door. It’s Lois. At the gatehouse, Brook Lynn talks to Gio, who just walked in to drop off Amelia’s toy. Brook Lynn tells him they returned to Nina’s home. At Nina’s, Nina makes Willow and the kids feel welcome. Willow regrets her tryst with Drew in the home she shared with Michael. Dante tells Chase about being put on leave by Anna. Chase also agrees with Anna. Dante asks him for a favor. Alexis and her daughters tell Danny about his Mom’s death.
In Martin’s hotel room, Lois tells him she’s not there for anything about the Willow-Michael situation. She asks him to keep her business confidential. He agrees once she pays his retainer. She pays him, but is hesitant about sharing her secret. He tells her he needs to know. She needs his help to make sure no one finds out about Brook Lynn’s child.
Brook Lynn tells Gio why Willow left. She says she used the Bensonhurst Way of Tough Love, but it didn’t work. He can’t understand why not. Brook Lynn thinks she made everything worse. They commiserate, and Gio gives her some good advice. Tracy comes in, and Brook Lynn tells her that Willow and the kids moved out. Tracy goes to contact her lawyers.
Nina tries to calm Willow, as Willow tells her she still cares about Michael. Nina assures her she can stay and focus on her next decision. Drew unexpectedly arrives. Willow texted him to come by. Willow goes to the kids, and Nina tells Drew Tracy or Michael will come to take the kids. Nina’s ready for a fight with him to protect her daughter and kids.
Stella praises Brad on his decision to improve himself, and he tells how he did it. He’s excited about attending the symposium with Lucas. Lucas ensures he knows it’s just a business trip. Carly reminds Lucas about dinner, and gets him away from Brad.
Portia tells Curtis she is still not liking Brad, but is giving him a second chance. She points out Stella likes him. Curtis is still distrustful of Brad, and goes to talk to him. He hugs Stella and asks to speak with Brad alone. Portia’s on the other side of the nurses station listening. Curtis talks to Brad.
Joss tells Brennan about her fruitless search of Cyrus’ apartment. He says that could be a clue and surreptitiously guides her towards the reason why, and another clue. Joss asks if Cyrus has a hideout, and how she’d find it. He asks if she knows any of Cyrus’ friends or associates. He tells her to be patient. She asks Brennan not to tell her Mom about anything.
Dante asks Chase who the POI (person of interest) is in Sam’s murder case. Chase says he can’t tell him and he knows why. They don’t see Rocco enter the kitchen. He’s stunned, and stands quietly listening. Tracy later comes to the kitchen to talk to Chase and Dante. She asks them to help prevent Drew from getting on the Quartermaine property. Rocco leaves without them seeing him.
Alexis tells Danny that the doctors were wrong about his Mom’s cause of death. She explains what really happened, and that his Mom wasn’t the only victim. Danny absorbs the truth about his Mom’s death. Molly tells him they will help him get through this. He asks if Scout or his Dad know. He doesn’t want Scout to know. At that time, Chase tells Dante to think of Rocco, and makes him promise not to go after the suspect. Chase tells him it’s Cyrus Renault.
Carly and Lucas arrive at Bobbie’s for dinner. Carly asks what they’re talking about. Joss and Lucas leave Carly alone with Brennan. Carly asks Brennan not to tell Joss about what happened with Valentin. Brennan’s keeping secrets for both Mom and Dad. Danny tells Alexis they should tell his Dad what happened to Sam. Alexis warns Danny to not tell anyone, and not to get involved with the investigation. Molly takes him home.
Joss and Lucas are watching as Carly and Brennan talk. Lucas is not happy about it. Joss searches for information about Cyrus, and asks Lucas and Brennan about Dr. Austin Gatlin Holt. Lucas warns her to stay away from Cyrus. Lois tells Martin that Brook Lynn’s baby was privately adopted, and placed with an extended family member. Brook Lynn didn’t know about that. She wants to know if Brook Lynn can find out about her child. Martin tells her how this can be stopped. Tracy shows up at Martin’s. She’s angry about Willow and the kids leaving.
Stella defends Brad to Curtis. Meanwhile, Portia tells Brad he can leave early. He brings up his conversation with Curtis. She admonishes him and tells him that their arrangement needs to stay between them.
Chase and Dante stop by the gatehouse on their rounds. Brook Lynn and Gio tell them Willow and the kids are gone. At Nina’s, Nina tells Drew how Willow feels about Michael. Willow tells Drew it was a mistake being together at the gatehouse, but she wants to be with him. Nina calls Carly for help.
Danny and Rocco talk about Sam’s murder, and Rocco tells what he heard about the suspect. Lois tells Martin that Brook Lynn’s son is Gio.
