At the Haven Bistro, Alexis and Kristina read about Drew's behavior in an article calling him "Congressman Cutthroat." Alexis is shocked and wants to protect Scout from Drew’s tarnished reputation. Portia is in a panic when Ric reveals that test results tied to Heather Webber’s case could lead to serious charges against her, including tampering with evidence and fraud. Ric advises her to continue playing along with Drew’s game and keep him from revealing anything, but Portia fears it’s too late as Drew plans to expose her today.
Kristina visits Willow at GH, asking if she can send video messages from Michael to their kids. Willow agrees, with the caution not to mention Drew. Kristina reassures her she won’t. Back at Liz’s place, Lucky and Liz share a sweet moment before their son Aiden interrupts, excited about his dad being home. Portia confides in Ric about the Invader article, suspecting Curtis was behind it. She worries that Drew might be blackmailing her, but Ric advises that she can't expose Drew without damaging herself. Kristina runs into Ric in the elevator and tries to dodge him after their earlier confrontation. Ric tells her that the trip with Avery won’t happen since it conflicts with Ava’s visitation. As Aiden heads out for the movies, Liz and Lucky share another kiss on the couch. This time, they’re interrupted by Laura, who checks in on her son and thanks Liz for taking care of him. She suggests they all have dinner together. Kristina vents to Ava outside her apartment about her run-in with Ric, and Ava informs her that Avery’s still going to the ballet with her mom. Kristina, angry, storms off after Ric warns her to control her temper.
The guys in the sauna bond over their shared struggles, and Chase offers to help Dante with his family matters. Dante assures him that he’ll be a great dad when the time comes, and the two express gratitude for their friendship.
