Felicia brings James to General Hospital, suspecting his arm may be broken. Willow asks Dr. Isaiah Gannon to examine it. Ric meets Portia at her office, where she asks if Ava told him anything. He replies that she didn’t, but Portia is desperate for his help. Meanwhile, Alexis visits Sonny's new house, which is Valentin’s former home. Drew stops by to see Liz and invites her to join his pediatric sports program. Gio informs Tracy that someone is surveying the Quartermaine property. Lulu hands Carly a Metro Court Hotel room key, which she used to access Martin’s room. Lulu shares her discovery that Dante has a child he doesn’t know about.
Drew explains to Liz that he started the pediatric sports program in honor of his late son, Oscar, and is dedicating the program to him.
Kai thanks Trina for accompanying him to GH, where he’s meeting Drew. She points him out. Portia asks Ric if helping her could present a conflict of interest since he represented Heather Webber in a case against the hospital. Ric assures her it won't be an issue, but he needs exact details.
Isaiah questions James about how he injured his arm, and James explains. Isaiah confirms it’s broken and tells Felicia they need to inform his mom. After reviewing the X-rays, Isaiah reassures Felicia that the break is clean, and James will be back riding horses soon.
James excitedly runs up to Kai when he sees him with Trina, since he’s a fan. Kai happily signs his cast.
Natalia meets with Sidwell to discuss his interest in Deception. He insists that he only wants to supply them with his rare mineral product, zincite, but Natalia suspects he may be after a hostile takeover.
Sonny tells Alexis that his new house is only temporary, recommended by Jason for better security until the penthouse is ready. Alexis also delivers the trust paperwork for Gio that Sonny set up.
Tracy informs Gio that she requested the property survey. Lois questions why Tracy won’t move her parents’ remains to a new location, and Tracy vows to use all her resources to ensure the family crypt stays where it is.
Lulu explains to Carly how she discovered the truth about Dante’s child. Lulu admits she broke into Martin’s room, hoping to find information on Valentin that could lead her to Charlotte. Instead, she uncovered notes revealing that Dante fathered Brook Lynn’s baby, something Cody unknowingly confirmed.
Tracy invites Gio to stay and chat with the family, expressing admiration for his vigilance and thoughtfulness, which everyone else agrees with. Sonny walks in to see Gio.
Trina introduces Kai to Drew, who shares that he’s a fan of Kai’s football skills. Kai offers to get his teammates involved in Drew’s pediatric sports program. Trina feels uneasy about Drew due to his past with Curtis, but Kai is happy to help.
Lulu is convinced that Lois is also involved in covering up Brook Lynn’s baby secret. She asks Carly if she should tell Dante or remain complicit like Brook Lynn. Carly advises Lulu to keep the secret, as revealing it could ruin many lives. Lulu will decide what to do when she looks into Dante’s eyes.
Natalia presses Sidwell about whether he’s really after Sonny, but he denies it. Alexis interrupts, and Sidwell asks Natalia to leave.
Tracy asks Sonny why he’s at her home. He needs Gio’s signature on the trust documents. Tracy takes the paperwork but refuses to allow Gio to be exposed to Sonny’s racketeering ties. She will take over Gio’s educational finances. Gio signs the papers and hands them back to Sonny.
Portia confides in Ric that she’s being blackmailed—first by the lab tech who discovered the altered lab results, and now by Drew. Drew wants her to convince Curtis to meet with him to fix their business relationship. Ric advises Portia to keep things under wraps for now and continue playing along with Drew. Later, Portia tells Drew she’ll help him with Curtis.
Sidwell asks Alexis why she dislikes him, and she replies that she’s not fond of what he did to her family.
Tracy tells Gio he’s defied her twice, but she respects him. Gio explains why he loves and respects his Uncle Sonny.
Lois goes to see Sonny and tells him Tracy is wrong. Sonny asks if he should stay away from Gio.
