CBS is giving fans an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at its highly anticipated daytime drama, Beyond the Gates, with a special five-part series titled Beyond the Gates: Welcome to the Neighborhood. Airing from Monday, February 17, to Friday, February 21, at 2:00-2:30 p.m. ET/1:00-1:30 p.m. PT, this special will be hosted by Entertainment Tonight co-host Kevin Frazier and comedian and The Talk co-host Sheryl Underwood.
Filmed on location in Atlanta, Beyond the Gates: Welcome to the Neighborhood takes viewers inside the making of the groundbreaking soap opera. From its rich depiction of Black culture and history to the intricate design of its 27 immersive sets, the series brings to life the elite, tree-lined gated community of Fairmont Crest. Fans will enjoy an insider’s perspective, including footage from the cast’s first table read, on-set interviews, and never-before-seen moments that highlight the show’s commitment to authenticity, representation, and compelling storytelling.

Beyond the Gates: Welcome to the Neighborhood will be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+, alongside classic soap operas like The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless.
As the first new soap opera to debut on a broadcast network in over 25 years—and the first-ever Black-led daytime drama—Beyond the Gates is set to make history. The series premieres on CBS on Monday, February 24, at 2:00 p.m. ET/1:00 p.m. PT and will also stream on Paramount+.
