Jared Padalecki Joins ‘Fire Country’ For Guest Arc That May Land Him A New Franchise
As per Deadline report, Jared Padalecki is set to make his return to television series. The actor, known for his role in Supernatural and his recent lead role in Walker, will appear in a three-episode arc in the upcoming third season of CBS's successful drama series Fire Country, which is led and executive produced by Max Thieriot.
Padalecki will portray Camden, a Southern California firefighter with a rebellious attitude and a surfer style, who is a formidable presence and quickly recognizes the natural talent of Bode (Thieriot). The agreement with CBS Studios, producers of Fire Country, is specifically for a recurring role, as per sources despite Padalecki's established reputation as a successful leading actor with two hit shows.
Deadline reports that there is potential for this guest appearance to pave the way for a new spinoff starring Padalecki, which could be part of the upcoming Sheriff Country.
