Meet Santa at Disney World —No Park Ticket Needed!

If you're looking to add a little holiday magic to your Disney World visit without stepping foot in a park, Disney Springs is the perfect spot to celebrate the season. Beyond the shopping, dining, and entertainment, you can also meet Santa Claus himself—no park ticket required!

This festive meet-and-greet takes place at Santa’s Marketplace, conveniently located near Disney's Pin Traders at Disney Springs. Santa will be greeting guests throughout the holiday season, so there’s plenty of opportunity to say hello to the jolly man in red!

To meet Santa, you’ll need to use the virtual queue system via the My Disney Experience app. Here’s how it works:

How to Join the Virtual Queue for Santa

The virtual queue is available at multiple times throughout the day, including:

  • 9:00 AM

  • 11:00 AM

  • 1:00 PM

  • 3:00 PM

  • 6:00 PM

To enter the virtual queue, make sure you're physically at Disney Springs, as you’ll need to be on-site to join the line. One person in your group can join the queue for the whole party, and once it's your time to meet Santa, you’ll receive a push notification with a link to your digital entry code.

Important Details for the Virtual Queue:

  • Maximum party size: 10 people

  • Availability: The virtual queue is subject to availability, and once it’s full, you may need to try for the next time slot.

  • Standby queue: There is no standby option available, so make sure to get in the virtual queue early!

  • Finding your digital code: If you can’t find your entry code, simply tap the "hamburger" menu in the app and select "Virtual Queues" to locate it.
