CBS' FBI was the most-watched program on Tuesday according to the latest TV ratings, while ABC's Dancing With the Stars led in the key demographic.
NBC The premiere of NBC's St. Denis Medical drew in a solid viewership of 3.8 million and earned a demo rating of 0.5. In its second episode, the show experienced a slight drop in viewers to 3.1 million, but still maintained the same 0.5 demo rating, securing the No. 2 spot for the night in the demo category. St. Denis surpassed both Night Court Season 2 (3 million viewers/0.3 demo) and Extended Family (2.6 million/0.3 demo) in performance. Following St. Denis, The Voice (4 million/0.4) saw a marginal demo rating increase compared to its previous Tuesday episode, while The Irrational (2.2 million/0.2) maintained a stable viewership.
ABC ABC's Dancing With the Stars marked its 500th episode with 5.1 million viewers and a 0.7 demo rating. The special episode contributed to an increase in viewership. Additionally, High Potential experienced growth, with 3.4 million viewers and a 0.3 demo rating before its break.
CBS FBI was the highest-rated show of the evening, attracting 6.3 million viewers and earning a 0.4 demo rating. FBI: Most Wanted came next with 4.2 million viewers and a 0.3 rating, while FBI: International saw a decrease to 4.9 million viewers and a 0.3 demo rating.
FOX Following a two-week hiatus, the show Murder in a Small Town on FOX attracted 1.7 million viewers and received a 0.2 demo rating, making it the second-lowest audience turnout so far. Meanwhile, Accused experienced a series low, drawing just 1.2 million viewers and a 0.1 demo rating.
The CW WWE NXT on The CW saw growth, attracting 631,000 viewers and earning a 0.2 demo rating, an increase from its last episode which aired against the World Series.
Overall, it was a night of strong performances from CBS and ABC, while NBC showed promise with its new drama, and FOX’s shows continued to struggle.
