Vinessa Antoine Joins 'Grey's Anatomy' as the Team Faces a Deadly Heat Wave



Exciting update for fans of General Hospital: Vinessa Antoine, renowned for her role as Jordan Ashford on GH from 2014 to 2018, has officially joined the ensemble of Grey's Anatomy. The actress expressed her enthusiasm on Instagram by sharing a behind-the-scenes video from the set along with the brief caption, "Tomorrow. Greys. Ok, that’s all." Although specifics about her character are being kept confidential, audiences can see her in the upcoming episode named “Drop It Like It’s Hot.”


In this particular installment of Grey's Anatomy, the medical staff at Grey Sloan finds themselves under immense pressure as they handle a surge of patients during a perilous heatwave. Amelia and Winston are tasked with a challenging surgery, while Jo and Lucas embark on a hospital errand that takes an unforeseen twist.





Grey's Anatomy, the popular medical drama, delves into the high-octane world of surgical interns, residents, and physicians at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital (formerly Seattle Grace Hospital). Since its premiere on March 27, 2005, the show has solidified its status as a television mainstay, renowned for its compelling narratives and Shonda Rhimes' exceptional direction.


Following her stint on General Hospital, Vinessa Antoine has taken on the role of Marcie Diggs in the CBC drama Diggstown and has made appearances in various other productions, including Ginny & Georgia, Plan B, and So Help Me Todd.
