Jill is skeptical but listens as Victor insists he wants to buy it for a fair price, well above market value. When Jill presses him on who would take charge, Victor suggests none other than Nikki, claiming that Katherine would approve. Jill is irked but taken aback, questioning whether Nikki is truly capable of running the business.

Nick chastises her for her actions, warning that it makes her appear guilty, but Sharon insists that Phyllis is the one in the wrong. Meanwhile, Phyllis continues to accuse Sharon of Heather’s murder, even going so far as to suggest Sharon tried to frame Daniel. Sharon denies it, but Phyllis is adamant, taunting her with the claim that she can see the darkness in Sharon’s eyes. Their confrontation escalates until Sharon suddenly feels faint and passes out.
Phyllis Makes Her Move—But Chance Steps In
When Sharon regains consciousness, Chance arrives and asks if she’s okay. Phyllis, relentless in her accusations, tells Chance she’s sure Sharon is guilty of Heather’s murder. Sharon, still shaken, denies it, saying that Phyllis is just trying to provoke a confession. Chance intervenes, telling Phyllis to stop interfering with the investigation and pointing out that she is the one acting out of control. Phyllis demands that Sharon be arrested, but Chance explains that the only charge he can pursue is breaking and entering. He warns Phyllis to cease her obsession with Sharon, suggesting that if she doesn’t, Sharon may seek a restraining order. Phyllis is incredulous, demanding to know why she’s being painted as the villain.

Billy is excited about their new partnership and suggests they go tell his mother the good news.
Wedding Tensions Continue
At the Abbott mansion, Devon is pleased to hear that Lily will attend the wedding. He gives Ashley a special gift, a locket necklace that belonged to his grandmother, with a photo of Abby inside, symbolizing that Abby is now part of his family. Ashley is touched, and Devon reassures her that while Abby will be his wife, she will always be her little girl. The couple shares a kiss, excited for the big day.
Sharon Faces More Accusations
Later at Crimson Lights, Sharon runs into Nick and Mariah. They’re shocked to hear that she broke into Phyllis’s room. Chance appears, warning Sharon that the more she lets Phyllis provoke her, the more suspicious it looks. He advises her to stay away from Phyllis, and Sharon, feeling cornered, agrees to take a break and consider leaving town. Nick encourages her to take the trip to Sedona, where she can find some peace.
