Abby suggests Lily join Winters, but Lily says she’s been busy with her twins and hasn’t had time to consider it. Abby assures her that Devon wants to support her and then leaves. Nate enters and talks to Lily, but when Audra walks in, Lily quickly excuses herself. Audra asks Nate if his family will ever stop hating her. Nate is surprised she cares, but she explains that they matter to him, so it matters to her. She wants to win them over for Nate’s sake. The two share a kiss.
At the Newman Ranch, Victoria surprises Claire with a Fenmore spread of clothing and jewelry for her new job. Victor arrives and praises Claire’s readiness to join the family empire, emphasizing that she must look the part. After Victoria and Nikki step out, Victor speaks privately with Claire. He expresses confidence in her abilities but warns against personal distractions, subtly referencing Kyle. Victor voices his concerns about the Abbotts and advises that she may one day have to choose between the Newmans and the Abbotts. Claire insists she’ll make her own decisions based on what’s best for her.
When Nikki and Victoria return, Claire shares the details of her conversation with Victor. They assure her she won’t have to choose sides. Nikki believes Claire can handle the challenges ahead, but Victoria remains cautious.
At Society, Victor congratulates Jack on his recent success but warns him not to get comfortable. After Victor leaves, Kyle arrives, and Jack explains that it was a classic Victor move to rattle him. Kyle admits he should have known better and apologizes to Jack for his past mistakes. Jack is proud of Kyle and takes accountability for his own actions as well. At the Chancellor Estate, Abby and Devon discuss Lily. Lily unexpectedly arrives, and Abby excuses herself to give them privacy. Lily tells Devon she’s finally had time to think about his offer. She agrees to join Winters, making it a true family company.
