At Society, Diane and Jack bumped into Claire and Victoria and stopped to catch up, sharing updates since the Ian and Jordan drama, and Victor’s shooting. Jack joked about being glad Victor was okay but confessed it gave him a chance to imagine a world without him. Victoria wasn’t amused, but Diane reminded her that Victor had alienated their son. Jack added that Victor had recently made life difficult for Billy by having Jill undermine him. Victoria defended Billy, but Jack disagreed, saying Jill’s actions were orchestrated by Victor. Jack warned Victoria that while she may defend her father now, soon she might not be able to justify his actions, especially when it came to how he controlled Claire’s life.

Later, after Jack and Diane walked away, Claire asked Victoria about Jack's comments. Victoria reluctantly revealed that Victor had Claire arrested on her wedding day to Billy. Despite her loyalty to Victor, Victoria encouraged Claire to follow her heart and not let Victor dictate her relationships. Claire shared that she wanted to be with Kyle, and Victoria advised her to pursue that.

Meanwhile, Diane continued to push Jack to redecorate their house, but he hesitated. He confessed to Diane that he was having trouble letting go of the memories tied to the house. Diane promised to respect the past while making it their own.

At the main house, Nick confronted Victor about encouraging Summer and Kyle’s reconciliation, suspecting it was part of his plan to drive a wedge between Claire and Kyle. Victor insisted that it wasn’t about control but about wanting what was best for his family, though he couldn’t explain why Kyle was acceptable for Summer but not for Claire. Nick challenged Victor, pointing out his double standards. Victor defended his stance, saying he wanted Claire to shine as brightly as Summer and didn’t want her involved with someone he considered unworthy. Nick argued that they were adults and should make their own decisions.

Victoria arrived and shared her conversation with Claire, prompting an explosive response from Victor, who refused to apologize for trying to protect his family. As Victor stormed out, Victoria questioned why she felt both worried about losing her father and frustrated by his actions.

At the Abbott mansion, Harrison was excited when Summer came over, hoping for a "family night." Though Summer and Kyle tried to explain that they weren’t back together, Harrison remained hopeful. The trio spent time together making a diorama project, and Harrison later asked for a puppy, which Summer was happy to entertain until Harrison asked them to send a photo to Claire. When they called Claire, Harrison made it clear that he wished she had been there to complete the “family” moment, making Summer uncomfortable.

Over at Nate’s, he and Amy anxiously awaited Damian’s arrival. When he finally came, he was distant and confrontational, accusing Amy of lying about his job offer. As the conversation continued, Amy revealed that she had leukemia and didn’t have long to live. Damian’s reaction was one of shock, and he struggled to process the news. As Amy opened up about the truth regarding his parentage, Damian became increasingly agitated. He learned that Nate was his half-brother and that their father was Nathan Hastings. Damian wasn’t interested in the truth and tried to leave, but Amy urged him to understand that she wanted him to know he wasn’t alone when she was gone.

Damian lashed out, claiming he had a good life and didn’t need them. Nate and Amy, realizing there was more to Damian’s life than he let on, questioned how he had achieved his success, especially given his history with money. Damian rejected their questions and refused to engage with their attempts to get him to open up. When Amy asked about getting a second opinion on her illness, Damian acknowledged it but made it clear he couldn’t be there for her. He expressed his pain at the idea of losing another parent, even if Jackson wasn’t his biological father.

Before leaving, Damian told Amy he wasn’t looking for family and apologized for wasting their time. Amy collapsed in tears, devastated by Damian’s lack of care. Nate, however, remained hopeful, promising that he would find a way to reach his brother, no matter what.
